By accessing or using Feltbound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Feltbound is a poker game application featuring AI-powered opponents. The game is for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money gambling.
You may play as a guest, or sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
A guest account is tied to the device and browser you created it on. If you clear your browser data or switch devices without signing in, that account and its progress may not be recoverable. Signing in with Google or Apple upgrades your existing account in place and keeps your chips and progress.
Chips, bankrolls, stakes and any other in-game balances are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out or transferred for real money or anything of real-world value, and you do not own them. Nothing in the game is real-money gambling, and no prize of real-world value is offered.
Buying a subscription does not buy chips. It unlocks features and higher stake tables within the game. We may adjust, reset or remove virtual balances where necessary to operate the game, fix errors, or address abuse.
Feltbound is free to play. Full access is an optional paid subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay, and that displayed price is the one that applies.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You are charged in advance at the start of each billing period, and your subscription continues to renew at the then-current price until you cancel. If you are offered a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Payments are handled by our payment providers, not by us directly: subscriptions bought on the web are processed through RevenueCat and Stripe, and subscriptions bought through an app store are processed and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
If a renewal payment fails, we may keep your access active for a short grace period while the payment provider retries. If it is not resolved, full access ends and your account reverts to the free plan. Your account and progress are not deleted.
Full access removes the stake-table limit and raises coaching limits. Coaching is metered rather than unlimited: the full plan includes a fair-use allowance of coach replies per 30-day period, because each reply carries a real cost to us. The current allowances are shown in the app.
We may change what each plan includes. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end your current period, and you keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are refunded under their policies, and refund requests for those purchases must go to them.
For web subscriptions, contact us and we will deal with you fairly. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. In particular, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days; where that right applies, it applies regardless of anything else in this section.
We may change subscription prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We will give you notice before a changed price takes effect at your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you do not want to continue.

The application and its content are owned by Ironwood Associates, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironwood Associates, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Feltbound is run by one person. It may not prove sustainable, and we may decide to shut it down. If that happens, we will not simply switch it off while you have paid time remaining. We will:
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds for those go through them; we will cancel the underlying entitlement and tell you what to ask for.
Virtual chips and in-game balances have no monetary value, so nothing is owed for them on shutdown. This section is about money you actually paid us.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
